How do you ship my orders?

We use USPS Priority Mail for all shoe deliveries. All shipments will include a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Keychains are also mailed via USPS and takes 7-14 days for delivery.

We provide customers with a 7 day return policy unless otherwise noted. Products must be both NEW and UNUSED with their original packaging.  Upon inspection, we will issue a refund minus shipping cost. There is no returns on items on sale or clearance. We are not responsible for the shipping fee on returned goods.​

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard  Discover and PayPal. Paypal users can email us with your desire list then we will send you a Money request thru paypal. 

How secure is the store?

The store uses PayPal for payments, and both companies automatically encrypts your confidential information in transits from your computer to ours using thr Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
